SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 28, 2018 – Wetherby Asset Management is pleased to have again be named among the Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisors (FT 300). The 2018 list represents an impressive cohort of elite registered investment advisor (RIA) firms, as the “average” practice in this year’s list has been in existence for over 22 years and manages $4 billion in assets. The FT 300 top RIAs hail from 38 states and Washington, D.C.

“It’s an honor to be recognized among our community of independent advisory firms who are dedicated to putting clients first,” commented Deb Wetherby, CEO and Wealth Manager at Wetherby Asset Management. Over 28 years ago, Deb founded Wetherby Asset Management with a strong belief in and commitment to serving clients in a certain way. “Our firm has no in-house products, and we avoid conflicts of interest. The service we offer is unbiased advice. We combine investment expertise with a culture of caring and passion to produce outstanding results.”

This is the fifth annual FT 300 list, produced independently by the Financial Times in collaboration with Ignites Research. RIA firms are graded on six factors: assets under management (AUM); AUM growth rate; years in existence; advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisers; online accessibility; and compliance records. There are no fees or other considerations required of RIAs that apply for the FT 300.

Wetherby Asset Management is a 100% privately-owned wealth management firm that manages over $4.5 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2017. From our headquarters in San Francisco and office in New York, we offer sophisticated investment management and comprehensive financial planning to diverse clientele located throughout the United States and Canada.

Wetherby Asset Management was also listed as a Financial Times Top 300 Registered Investment Advisor in 2017 and 2014. For additional details and methodology, please follow the links below.
